The group classes are rooted in traditional sequences proposed by the great yogic masters B.K.S. Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois, and
T. Krishnamacharya, as well as my master Julie Giacomini, and my own practice and teachings. The goal of this class is to develop a regular and sustainable practice that leads to progress on the physical and mental plane by preparing the body through proven methods.
Yoga is foremost a practice of the mind. We practice in silence, following the rhythm of the breath. At most, I might propose soundscapes that sharpen your focus and that facilitate turning inwards.
